《業務内容》
Responsible for leading the logistics team responsible for the daily
management of raw material purchases and import / export shipments of PGM,
intermediates, transfer products.
• EH&S, management, development and training
• Ensure high levels of team responsibility and performance.
◆Procurement
Local suppliers. Responsible for
• Development of local supplier purchasing strategy
• Negotiating commercial contracts, pricing, costs downs and supply
conditions
• Supplier quality development using QM guidelines
• Coordination of prices, landed costs
Global suppliers. Local Japanese support for AC Global Purchasing
• Support visits to Japan by AC Global Purchasing
• Support negotiation commercial contracts, pricing, costs downs and
supply conditions
• Support negotiation of supplier commercial contracts
• Supplier quality development
• Coordination of global prices, landed costs etc. with Hanau
Coordination with NSCL where applicable; Landed costs prices, etc.
◆Logistics
Optimisation of the USJP logistics supply chain for raw materials,
intermediates, transfer products & finished goods.
• Reduction of raw materials, intermediate and finished goods
inventories within the supply chain.
• Optimisation of Thailand transfer supply chain
• Reduction of freight and warehousing costs.
• Selection of freight companies, customs agents, external warehousing
etc.

東京都23区内／愛知県常滑市
※東京勤務の際は常滑市への出張の頻度が高いです
《勤務時間》9:00～17:30 （所定労働時間：7時間30分）

【MUST】
◇Functional requirements
・University degree (BSc, MBA) or certified merchant with expat experience.
> 5 years’ experience in international trade, extended experience in intercultural working
environment.
・Able to formulate and negotiate complex contracts.

Excellent verbal and written presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Strategic and independent thinking, self-motivation and results oriented.
Strong analytical, business and leadership skills.
Good at building relationships, motivating and managing staff.
